Bigger is better – Getreu diesem Motto bringt Pichler Modellbau seinen Joker XL Anfang 2026 neu auf den Markt. Der lasergeschnittene Holzbaukasten wird in der Pichler Lasermanufaktur in Deutschland hergestellt. Die Spannweite beträgt 2200mm bei einem Abfluggewicht von ca. 4,5kg. Gesteuert wird der Joker XL über alle 4 Achsen und funktionsfähige Landeklappen sind Standard, ebenso wie die Schleppkupplung. Als Antrieb sieht Pichler Modellbau einen Brushlessmotor BOOST 100 aus eigenem Hause vor, der zusammen mit einem 6S LiPo Akku für kraftvolle Seglerschlepps ausreichen soll. Der Preis für den Joker XL beträgt 269 € und das Modell ist ab sofort lieferbar.
Bigger is better – true to this motto, Pichler Modellbau will be relaunching its Joker XL in early 2026. The laser-cut wooden kit is manufactured in Pichler’s laser manufacturing facility in Germany. It boasts a wingspan of 2200mm and a takeoff weight of approximately 4.5kg. The Joker XL features all-four axes control and comes standard with functional flaps and a tow release. Pichler Modellbau recommends using their own BOOST 100 brushless motor, which, paired with a 6S LiPo battery, should provide sufficient power for powerful glider tows. The Joker XL is priced at €269 and is available now.
