Mit einer Spannweite von 1800mm bringt Pichler Modellbau eine Bleriot XI als ARF Modell auf den Markt. Bepannt ist das Modell mit original ORATEX Gewebefolie. Das manntragende Original Blériot XI war ein einsitziges Flugzeug des Luftfahrtpioniers Louis Blériot aus Frankreich und wurde etwa 800mal gebaut. Als Rumpf kam ein mit Stahldrähten verspanntes Fachwerk aus Eschenholz zum Einsatz, die Tragfläche bestand ebenfalls in Holz/Rippenbauweise und mit Textilstoff bespannt. Das Hauptfahrwerk bestand aus großen Fahrrad-Rädern. Bei der Modellumsetzung wurde auf ein möglichst originalgetreues Aussehen geachtet sowie auf beste Flugeigenschaften. Englische Version: With a wingspan of 1800mm, Pichler Modellbau launches a Bleriot XI as an ARF model. The model is covered with original ORATEX fabric film. The man-carrying original Blériot XI was a single-seat aircraft designed by aviation pioneer Louis Blériot from France and was built around 800 times. A truss made of ash wood braced with steel wires was used as the fuselage, the wing was also made of wood/ribbed construction and covered with fabric. The main landing gear consisted of large bicycle wheels. When converting the model, attention was paid to an appearance that was as true to the original as possible and to the best flight characteristics. Beautiful scale details perfectly round off the overall picture of this fantastic flight model. The Bleriot XI from Pichler Modellbau is now available at a price of €699.
