Der neue Mini Balsa Hobel mißt ca. 85 x 45mm und ist aus Metall Druckguss hergestellt. Mit 125g liegt er leicht aber dennoch satt in der Hand und am Werkstück auf. Der Unterschied zu anderen Mini Hobeln ist hier, daß die auswechselbare Klinge in zwei Positionen (mittig und am Rand) plaziert werden kann. Dadurch kann auch bis in schwer zugängliche Ecken gehobelt werden. Die Mini Hobel von Pichler Modellbau eignet sich hervorragend für Balsaholz und anderen Weichhölzer und kostet rund 10,- €.
